Alfonso is a U.S.-based educator, consultant, coach, public speaker, and practitioner in posthumanism and systems thinking in leadership. His research, work, and studies have taken him to close to 90 countries, providing leadership development training to Fortune 500 companies, such as Boeing Company to non-profits in Morocco, Paraguay, and the U.S.

As an academic educator, entrepreneur, and speaker across the world, he is now sharing the wisdom gained on his progress toward what he calls “Renaissance Leadership” — including his own failures, triumphs, and what he has learned from them.

During the webinar, Alfonso will speak about the necessity of recognizing your values, managing emotions, and having a growth mindset to learn and be in control of the environment and not an environment in control of you.
