Bully Inside Me

Person-first Leadership Course for Activists

Іf not addressed, bullying can transition from school to college or university and then to the workplace, causing either physical and/or emotional harm, sometimes even both, to self and others. Activists and Group Leaders usually are the persons who are respected by their teams in addressing bullying and leading to social change.

How is this done? By encouraging actions that promote kindness, respect, and understanding toward others; therefore, critical acceptance of differences and recognition of similarities. This in turn builds a social environment that discourages bullying behaviors, encourages progress, and promotes transformation, inclusion, and belonging of all.

The main goal of “Bully Inside Me” is providing the tools for young leaders to be empowered to become critical thinkers and lead not just with good intentions, but by example. “Person-first Leadership Course for Activists” is facilitated by Dr. Alfonso Montero, an educator, consultant, coach, public speaker, and practitioner in posthumanism and systems thinking in leadership, Peace Corps Ukraine Virtual Service Pilot Participant.
