Think of it like an English speaking club, but better. During the workshop you will learn the basics of improv comedy, we will play some fun games together, discuss funny things from our lives and see how they can become fodder for comedy on stage, and will have an all-around awesome evening!

What is improv anyway?
Improv comedy is the art of creating theatrical plays or short comedic sketches without any script whatsoever. You go on stage, take an audience suggestion, and create quality comedy right in front of their eyes. It's not as scary as it may sound, I promise!

Lviv Improv Lab is an organization aiming to democratize learning and performing improv comedy in Lviv. The workshop will be held by its founder Dmytro Lazar, who is an experienced improviser, an alumnus of the Upright Citizens Brigade and The World's Greatest Improv School, a performer at multiple international improv festivals all over Europe, and a proud improv nerd.
